State Senator Chris Balkema and State Representative Dennis Tipsword invite seniors, caregivers, and community members to attend their upcoming Senior Expo, a free community event designed to connect residents with important services, resources, and support programs available across Central Illinois.
The Senior Expo will be held Wednesday, June 17, at Beverly Manor School, 1014 School Street, in Washington, from 9 a.m. to noon. Admission is free, and refreshments will be provided.
This event will feature a wide range of organizations offering information, screenings, and hands-on assistance for seniors and families. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with representatives from state agencies, local providers, and nonprofit organizations focused on health care, safety, financial protection, housing, and aging services.
