Rep. Dennis Tipsword is teaming up with the Illinois Treasurer’s Office in June to help you discover if you have any unclaimed cash with the state, and to help get it back to you. On June 4th, Rep. Tipsword is hosting an I-CASH event at his district office in Pontiac with Treasurer’s Office staff on hand to check unclaimed property records for you, and then help you file a claim.
“The Treasurer’s Office currently has $3.5 BILLION owed to Illinois residents. Our Goal is to help you find out is any of it belongs to you, and if so, help you get it into your wallet. You may have funds from a forgotten bank account, stock dividends or some other source that you can reclaim. Mark your calendar and join us on June 4th to claim your cash!”
